The search for our next rabbi, who will succeed Rabbi Hammerman when he assumes emeritus status on July 1, 2024, has officially begun. In a letter to the congregation, TBE President Scott Krowitz announced the members of the Rabbi Search Committee. They are:

• Devra Jaffe-Berkowitz, co-chair and TBE First Vice President
• Lisa Manheim, co-chair and TBE Immediate Past President
• Wil Brewer
• Kahla Cooper
• Amy Davidson
• Gary Lessen
• Chris Maroc
• Craig Olin
• Leon Shapiro
• Eileen Springer
• Stephanie Zelazny
   

There will also be an informational meeting for the congregation on Sunday, April 30, from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., in the TBE social hall, at which time the search process will be fully described, questions will be answered, and congregants will have the opportunity to become involved on committees and in focus groups that will inform and support the search.
