This form simply establishes your intent to establish a legacy gift. You do not have to give any money now.

Once you have submitted the Letter of Intent, you become a member of the Temple Beth El LIFE & LEGACY Honor Roll, a visionary group that is rapidly growing.

About a year after submitting your Letter of Intent, you will be asked to formally confirm your gift. It is also an opportunity for you to consider again the amount of your gift and which organizations you wish to support.
