Grandparents Circle Returns to TBE
TBE is forming its second Grandparents Circle. This five-session course is designed to help guide grandparents on how to nurture the Jewish identities of their grandchildren while respecting the choices of their intermarried adult children. It is also an opportunity to speak with other grandparents who are facing the same issues.
A grandparent who attended the last program remarked, “The Grandparents Circle exceeded our expectations, and the content was relevant and thought provoking. We all seemed to have the same goal – to love our children and grandkids, and hopefully see that Jewish values and traditions are carried forward from generation to generation.”
The program will be held on five Thursday evenings: May 11 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, and May 18, June 15, 22 and 29 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Temple Beth El. Session size is limited to maximize discussion time among participants.
